Dns has been down for nearly an hour, control panel not available, queued for ages on the sales line as no option to phone technical support. Status page shows all good, technical support: "Quiet Friday, nothing happening"

UK2 DNS services are down. Cannot log a call as the control panel is unavailable and they only accept calls logged through it. I dont even know if they know... or care!

My UK2 VPS SSDs are down. Their control panel is not responding and their phone system redirects me to that to contact support. Not great! Just on the phone to try and speak to someone in sales to try and get an answer

Same issues as the comments below - why can't UK2 use a mobile verification like other suppliers? At least that way when e-mail verification is down another option is available! That said, no form of access proof is viable when the server is down!!!

Hosted email is down, and has been since yesterday. Cant sign in to my account as they send a code to my email address, which isnt accessible, and you cant get through on the phone as they say to send a ticket via your account - which you cant access....

All hosted email services down since 21:44 GMT on 1st May (11 hrs at time of posting). Also as 2FA relies on email to send the code, no one can log in to access the support / chat / help / service reports or webmail facilities.... Nothing on UK2.net is therefore currently accesible without email
