How WPS continues to be a Medicare administrator is one of the 8 wonders of the world! Sooooooooo much time wasted trying to navigate their poor excuse of a website to change my password every 60 days! No wonder fewer and fewer providers are willing to take Medicare!
How these people continue to host/manage this federal website is one of the 8 mysteries of the world! Horrible horrible horrible when it comes to trying to change your password, which you MUST do per federal regulations every 60 days. Hopefully in the not-too-distant future the number of sectors in the U.S. that WPS services will = 0!!!!
WPS is the WORST Medicare administrator that I have EVER encountered. I am going to file a formal complaint against them. Their I.T. staff need to all be FIRED!!! We providers MUST change our passwords every 60 days to submit claims. Trying to successfully do so on THEIR website is literally HELL!!!!! They give you NONSTOP error or time out messages even when you IMMEDIATELY input the information. I hope that they get their contract CANCELLED, as they are horrendous! It now is more understandable to me why fewer and fewer providers take Medicare. THEY DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH WPS!!!! Hell, I don't blame them!!!!
