Can’t login to app or site just keeps saying something went wrong or popping up to log in agian and decline my purchase

The website crashes cannot transfer money forces me to continue to log in - WORST website EVER, forced to use this card for child support, clearly run by government bc they cannot get anything to work correctly!

Trying to open my way2go app on my phone and it just keeps clicking off. It will not open.

I called the number on the back of my card and it is not in service

The site is DOWN. Their phone system is DOWN. Their App is DOWN. I can't access the site on either my laptop or phone therefore WAY2GO is DOWN. Quit saying it isn't when they cannot be accessed at all. Yes, sometimes you can reach the login page but you can't log in, you can call the automated line but it can't access your info eihter.........

Source code is showing on webpage and login loops back to beginning. Everyone call the unemployment tech line and complain until they do something.

Says that SSL connection failed. Also could not log in and text looked all weird last night.

Will not except my user ID. Have not logged in for a week or so. But it happens about every 3rd or 4th time I try to use this terrible site. Would not uses if States did not make me.

My app doesn't let me go in my account. Maybe is because I check my balance couple times per day ?!

The Way2Go Website is down. I tried via computer and phone. I don't expect any money. I've got a job in May. I am just checking my account. However, it may be a serious problem for many people. I can only wonder how can it possibly be that a socially important Website doesn't work, and nobody seems to care!

I can't withdraw money at any ATM and I can't even use the card at the store to purchase items for my kids for school. I hate Way2Go! You can't even talk to a person to explain the issues.

Hi, why isn’t my automatic transfer request working? It’s been over a week. Why can’t I speak with a live representative on the phone? There is no option through the automated system.

The Way2Go website is terrible! I have my card, it works and i can check balance by phone or ATM, but trying to check balance on the website? No Way! Can't Register my account, when I attempt to, it sends me back to the login page when I still have not completed all steps to register, wtf? Seriously? Then the phone operator robot won't give you options to speak to a live representative, and pressing 0 won't get you a live person either. I'm going to try choosing different number options to see if I get a real person, but this is just ridiculous!
