I think they have had a ransomware attack...it happened 2 years ago at my job, we were out for 2 weeks...given the error messages that went from 502 bad gateway to 403 forbidden, possibly their admins are trying to get rid of the bugs on their servers. Unless someone else has factual info concerning this extensive outage of VEF? Hope it comes up soon!

Looks like VEF's backend went down a good fraction of a day ago. Only the front-end load balancers/proxies at their provider are up and cannot connect to their server-store. Could be down awhile.
