Canada App on computer cannot do unisearches or portfolios and possibly more. Phone app will not even log-in.

Not functioning fully.

Options pro will not send stocks from my group to the matrix. It is 9:29 EST 9.5.22

Seems it was just temporary. All seems to be back up now (12:30 PM CET/06:30 AM EST).

It seems Vector Vest is down again now (10 AM CET/04 AM EST) after the week-long interruption in December. Can't access via app on PC nor iPhone. www.vectorvest.com is also not responding. I hope it's not the original hackers that are at it again. F*** 'em

I believe them when they say they're working hard at a resolution. One e-mail of only a few said they would be communication again either later that day or tomorrow, it was 4 days till an e-mail was sent.

Like a lot of VectorVest users I paid north of 1K/year to use their basic Real Time services. On the plus side, for the most part, i am satisfied with VectorVest. The Downside is the recent CRASH of their Vector Vest Server for the past 5 days is a real PIA. To make matters WORSE, during this time, Costumer SERVICE and Tech Suppport has NOT been answering their phones. All I get if I call is a per-recorded message stating they are experiencing technical problems.

As of Monday 12/20/2022, 3 trading days PLUS the weekend = FIVE DAYS WITHOUT ACCESS OR SERVICE! not good. To make matters WORSE Vector Vest Technical Support and Costumer Service NOT TAKING ANY CALLS. If you CALL, All you'll get is a Pr-recorded message stating they are 'experiencing technical problems".{DUH.. we know that already]

3 days solid now, not good.

24 hrs down as of 8:00am this morning 12/18. Every subscriber has an email and should be notified of the nature of the problem, the solution, and time estimate if return to service. This is very unprofessional...

As a long time subscriber to VV, the outage has been a major disruption. It is now more than 14 hrs. without service and only one notification about 10 hrs. ago of such. Trying to be patient, but better updating of status should be appropriate. This is not acceptable. Those subscribing to multiple services must be exceptionally affected! Cancellation of service might be in the cards.

Site hasn't been up the whole day. Can't even access their website

Not able to contact the server for over an hour

Cannot connect to site via laptop or cell app

Site is down when I need it most.
