There should be a Utherverse website where they could keep people informations about the status of the servers and inform scheduled down times and reason and what is happening. People are sending emails and asking the support team. This is not really a good support.

I send in a Support ticket yesterday , this the answer i got. Thank you for submitting your ticket. We are aware of the issue. At this time we have not been given an ETA on when to expect the issue to be resolved. Regards, Technical Support As for now they still out the air ,for how long noone knows it seems. Strange that there wasnt a warning about it so everyone knew.

Looks like they are moving the domains to a data center host, as there is no 404 error, that alone would take 24 hrs, then they have to move all the data, don't hold your breath for it being back today, it would explain all the data cleansing and underscore removals. Now it will be running on 21st century professional servers, that are probably dynamic, just a shame Brian can never tell the truth!

As of 1am RLC will have been down for 22 hours Kopefully it ill b up when I ake up in the morning

Last I heard it would be back up in couple hours and that was 4 hours ago and all their servers are in canada bir cali

This must be a hardware problem because you can not access any of the Utherverse's systems. If it is a fire it will tale some days to come up again. We had a fire close to the computer in the site I was working before. If it is a disk problem they have to get a new disk and restore a backup, this will also take some days. If it is a cpu problem it can take weeks.

Maybe time to move servers from fire prone areas feel sorry for all that is messed up in those fires

Just one more sign that Brian and utherverse. are towards the end of letting utherverse go .We knew this was coming according to the website being for sale for few years now.Maybe it is finally sold or maybe this is a sign they can not afford the space on google to run it.They sure have no issue taking our money tho.

Utherverse.com is having an outage since around 7:00 UTC 2020 September 11 and is still down now 01:20 UTC 12 September. Support team can not give an ETA.

The past RLC post on twitter was over 7 hours ago (Red Light Center @redlightcenter RLC is currently experiencing technical issues with our server hosting. Our technicians are currently working on it and should be back online soon)

Almost 8:30 pm at me on a Friday nite (9/11/2020) and the system has been down all day. Someone on here says it is a hardware issue that needs to be replaced but no time for completion given.

The name changes were required because of recoding of the data base and they conflicted with the underscore in some cases

Things have to be altered internet is moving on flash player is being dropped by everyone windows explorer which the game did use is being deleted from windows so things had to be altered

So anyone actually heard when or what going on with uthervese why not working at all did send a support ticket earlier they replied back saying issue is known no eta on fix

Justme, how much better? I know the monthly vip is less but heard other things are more expensive and the clothing has way way fewer choices. Already 3 years invested in RLC. Shame one can not peek 3dx without having to buy in.

From Pianeta (Italian RLC) Due to a hardware defect, the worlds can only be visited on a limited basis or cannot be visited at all. When the hardware has been replaced, the systems will work again. Unfortunately we don't know how long this will take, Utherverse technicians are working hard on the issue. The functions of our website are not affected. Thanks for your understanding.

I doubt it very much they really messed it up this time. but not test on a test server never do a downtime for maintenance had to happen sooner or later, and with bad info going to loose alot of people.
