There should be a Utherverse website where they could keep people informations about the status of the servers and inform scheduled down times and reason and what is happening. People are sending emails and asking the support team. This is not really a good support.
I send in a Support ticket yesterday , this the answer i got. Thank you for submitting your ticket. We are aware of the issue. At this time we have not been given an ETA on when to expect the issue to be resolved. Regards, Technical Support As for now they still out the air ,for how long noone knows it seems. Strange that there wasnt a warning about it so everyone knew.
Looks like they are moving the domains to a data center host, as there is no 404 error, that alone would take 24 hrs, then they have to move all the data, don't hold your breath for it being back today, it would explain all the data cleansing and underscore removals. Now it will be running on 21st century professional servers, that are probably dynamic, just a shame Brian can never tell the truth!
This must be a hardware problem because you can not access any of the Utherverse's systems. If it is a fire it will tale some days to come up again. We had a fire close to the computer in the site I was working before. If it is a disk problem they have to get a new disk and restore a backup, this will also take some days. If it is a cpu problem it can take weeks.
UTHERVERSE HAS BEEN DOWN SINCE 1 AM CENTRAL US TIME. BOTH THE SERVERS AND THE WEBSITE ARE NOT RESPONDING YET ALL OUR OTHER INTERNET ACCESSED HARDWARE IS WORKING INCLUDING TELEVISION AND OTHER GAMES. I HAVE HEARD THE SERVER BUILD WAS CAUGHT IN A WILD FIRE AND ALSO WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS A ROUTINE UPDATE. IN ALL THE YEARS I'VE BEEN ON THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE TO MY KNOWLEDGE. WHAT IS ACTUALLY GOING ON?
Just one more sign that Brian and utherverse. are towards the end of letting utherverse go .We knew this was coming according to the website being for sale for few years now.Maybe it is finally sold or maybe this is a sign they can not afford the space on google to run it.They sure have no issue taking our money tho.
From Pianeta (Italian RLC) Due to a hardware defect, the worlds can only be visited on a limited basis or cannot be visited at all. When the hardware has been replaced, the systems will work again. Unfortunately we don't know how long this will take, Utherverse technicians are working hard on the issue. The functions of our website are not affected. Thanks for your understanding.

The red light link says blah blah blah, we know there is a problem, have patience, we are working on it. Mhmm, I guess they are huh, 15 plus hours and counting. The discord link does NOT work at all. I have and account there and I get a message saying unclaimed channel. Come on, someone from Utherverse step up and tell us something.
