I can't select a date and can't make payment for all appointment on assisted service.. Premium lounge, upgrade to assisted service, flexi appointment, SMS notification, express courier return totalling N104,050... Since two days now and I am already running out of time as I discovered that the super priority services has been suspended. I need a quick response please.

COMPLAINT REGARDING TLS Contact in Algiers Author: Mr Abdenour Berkoune GWF 0385 932 87 Passport Nbr: 142 501 673 Hello, I had applied for a UK visa through TLS centre in Algiers (Algeria) for my self on 31 January 2016.My visa application was accepted by TLS Center. My passport was transferred to the UK Embassy in Algiers two days later. On Sunday 7th February I was contacted by the UK Embassy in Algiers to inform me that the pages of my passport were ungluded, and they cannot put the visa stamp on it. On 8th February I went to the UK embassy and they showed me the passport with the unglued pages, and they said that I must either take it to the issuing passport authorities to put back the pages in place or renew it. For your information my visa application was accepted. I could not renew it because I had on my passport the schengen visa valid for one year, mutiplie entries. So I took my passport toe the issuing authorities and they put back the pages in place. On February 11th I handed over the repaired passport to the UK embassy in the morning. In the afternoon of the same day they called me that the Daira (issuing authorities ) ,must write a letter that my passport was repaired. The authorities cannot issue such a letler. The embassy refused to put the visas stamp on my passport and they said that I must reniew it. So the only solution for me was to withdraw it from the embassy, since renewing it means loosing my schungen visa. I explain to the Embassy officer that if I renew it I will loose all the old stamps and the schengen visa on my passport. I said that my passport was in a good state when it was handed over to TLS contact. Also I have planned to travel by the end of the month of February and made all the bookings , I have been under tremendous stress and asking TLS centre as who would compensate for the loss of my holidays and documents. TlsContact has been so irresponsible by not replying back to my queries on mail (I sent them more than 5 emails, with no answer). Can anyone suggest what action should I take to get compensation for my holidays and stress I have been going through or contact the Bristish embassy to help solve this issues. Regards Mr Berkoune
