Teladoc website not working. Says server error. The telephone option is also not working. When I call the phone line I get an automated voice that wants to send me a free alert button. The automated person then sends me to another automated person with a different voice but the exact same script. I cannot get through to see a doctor.
I've tried over and over to create a new account because my previous account had an old insurance attached to it. I was on the phone with a teledoc rep for over 60 minutes and she tried to create a new account for me and kept getting a message that the username and password was wrong. We tried to create a new account multiple times and still not luck. I waited another hour, shut down and restarted my computer and did the process all over again and it's still not working. What can I do to create an account and schedule a visit to talk to a doctor. I'm unable to go to an urgent care. This is very frustrating. My old account works but its asking me to pay a $45 fee because it still has my old insurance information on it. Why should I need to create a new account when all I have to do is change my medical provider. I've tried to use different browsers and still not getting anywhere.
