I'm unable to apply to Taco Bell in Midlothian, TX. I submit all my information correctly, but when I click to submit application, its goes 'Something went wrong. Your application has not been submitted. Please try again.' I've been trying again constantly, I have adblockers off as well, etc and nothing is working.

I am trying to fill out a NJ-W4 form but when I try to open the PDF I get this message: We apologize, but the PDF Form you requested cannot be loaded into your browser. We detected that you are using Chrome (version 84) under Windows. This browser does not support the advanced features needed to run our PDF Form(s). To be able to see our PDF Form(s) you'll have to download and install the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can get it following this link: http://get.adobe.com/reader/ To activate the Adobe Acrobat Plug-in you'll have to type "about:plugins" in the address bar (without the quotes), and hit enter. After that you'll see a list of all Plug-ins installed in your browser. You'll have to disable the "Chrome PDF Viewer" and ensure that the "Adobe Acrobat" Plug-in is Enabled. Not only am I not using Chrome, but I have Adobe Acrobat installed. I am having the same issue on Mac with chrome and safari.
