Ever since the 3/30/22 DDoS attack, Startmail login screen does not load - just hangs up until it times out. Even though Startmail status page claims everything is now "operational" I have not been able to get login screen to load - and this is after trying multiple computers, different systems, etc. Startmail is not responding to tech support requests and it has been 3 days now. So support is non-existent and email access is blocked.
Today, June 29, 2022, around 5:00 PM Central time, Startmail stop responding. Even if this is the case, just as everyone else had been down lately, their mail service has been very reliable. As a young company, its mail system keeps improving with richer features that are needed. Like the fact, this company does pay attention to customers' feedback.
