I was ask to download something but when I try to open it was asking for an app what to open and the file is also 0?

SSS.gov.ph is so slow in sending OTPs. it always takes more than 5mins

System error lagi.. how long does it takes?

The employer registration page is not working. I can not register my account,

I cannot submit my maternity it is stocked on the page where I enter the "Date of Delivery/Miscarriage/ETP" and "No. of Pregnancies" WHEN I press the proceed button it will not proceed and the page refreshes that I need to put the information again.

Employer log in site is down.

You can log in but all benefit application cannot push through.

Can't open the employer portal, and the member portal is also having an issue, the member details is the only one loading properly, the rest is same with the employer portal, "can't reach this page". my internet is fine, SSS website is the only website that having a problem loading. Last Sunday, the employer portal also having a problem, after I signed in, it has a different employer and business name, I refreshed multiple times before I got mine, then it went back to a different employer again, so I just signed out, and will attempt to log in next time, hoping the portal is already fine, but it looks like it went to worst. Hope they will return the past employer portal, it's much easier to use than the new look of it.

I've filed a loan via website last week. Until now no updates and can't view my account via SSS.gov.ph or the member SSS portal. After entered and hit the sign in button it will just buffer forever them will say that the network has an issues so make troubleshooting yada yada. I've attempted to use my data as I'm on unli then used secued and fast wifi at work, home, etc unfortunately nothing happened. Providing self service option or online but unreliable and unremarkable for people for withholding their money that they contributed. Aside from the IDs will have to wait for almost a decade just to get it. Only in the Philippines. Awful service.

Napasa ulit ako ng Docs Nung sa Maternity Benefits application ko after nareject pero Hindi maka proceed nagloloading lang at may nalabas na sad face .

Connection time out nanaman. Hindi makapag enroll ng dusbursement para sa loan.

Pagpinapasa na yung documents for maternity benefit umiikot lng yung SSS logo tas may naappear na sad face. I've tried it multiple times still ganun pa din nag llooading lang

Di ako makapasa ng maternity benefit ko halos 5 araw na. ano ba yan tagal ko hinitay maayos tas ngayon di nmn nagagamit yung online service nyo. sana nmn nagbibigay kayo ng abiso if down ang system nyo po.

I've been trying to finish our company's SSS remittances since Tuesday and up until now I cannot finish it because the system is always down. PRN Contributions, always loading and having an error. PRN Loans, the LCL file cannot be downloaded. Super hassle.

SSS Please fix your system. Can't generate PRN both for loans and contribution keeps on loading. Been trying to access your system since 7:00AM. Unfortunately, still can't generate PRNs up to this time. So sad
