Does anyone know what the ftp path is for your MsSQL backups? I can access my FTP folder for my application but there's no files there. I'm hoping there is a backup on the MsSQL FTP path but I don't remember what that path is, and hoping the log in credentials are the same

My SQL and all websites are available again and I am able to take remote of my VPS, and it is now around 12 hours since my services are online, but there services are like going down for a couple of seconds and then gets back online again, best thing is that i have taken by backups for now :)

We all want our data back and care about the precious content over money. However, Somee.com ran by 2 Rusian woman and to get their attention, the best way is to open a dispute with PayPal or with our payment source. They will then reach out to them for their response. They will either respond, in that case, we can reach them and ask for our data and servers. If they don't respond, at least we all get full refund. Well thats why you musnt relay in small companies like that, i have a personal database there i download a backup 1 week ago, for me is going to be just up date my data till today, but i know the nightmere the ones that have payed services with clients must going thru, i hope all going to be fixed soon.
A friend of mine who has a test account with somee told me that yesterday when he went to see a data from his database he saw that he had hundreds of databases listed in his account (potentially from other clients), this may point to one of 2 things, or they messed up with one of the updates they have been doing or they were hacked. Unfortunately he have not managed to take a screenshot of this event, but it is someone I trust so I give credibility to their comment (not that you know me well enough to give credence to what I say), I hope this sheds a little light (and unfortunately a lot of concern) on what may be happening. For my part, I am affected by a payment service that I have contracted with them, and honestly up to this point I have not had to complain, but I am concerned that the data in my database may have been disseminated since it contains sensitive information, although Fortunately, not of the economic type or of high sensitivity, but it could also cause me problems depending on who it falls into, if used by malicious people. I hope all this has a quick resolution and that the databases will not end up being stolen.
