My Skyvault360 account is suspended for the past number of months and I have failed to get a response from Skyvault360 despite having sent them numerous emails to their given support email address. I have also tried contacting Livedrive their partners but without success. How can I get access to my files on Skyvault360 or what can I do to resolve this FRUSTRATING issue.
