I cannot get into website, I cannot call the pay your bill number, I cannot call the office number. I better not be sent to collections!

This has gotten ridiculous. How can it be down for 3 weeks?

Phone directs you to an automated message. Website is down. I think they’re part of the recent Change Healthcare cyberattack. My last receipt from the website is from a changehealthcare.com email address

3 days later and still down

Been trying to pay my bill for the past several days but always getting a 502 error. Hard to believe such an important site for this business would have their website down for so long...

Cannot access the website. Tried calling their 877 number and an automated voice message says there’s a system wide outage with no ETA or resolution…

WEbsite will not load. All other websites load quickly

Getting this message "This account is not currently available for online access. Please try again later."

I get an access forbidden message when trying to view the site's homepage.
