24/05/222.OVO Web site is indeed "UP" and users can log in, however appears to be a known issue with accessing user data. Receiving "Service Request failed-Please try again later" for all customer data, meter reading inputs etc. No Banner on site or announcement on customer service number which would be helpful. Unsure how many customers are affected.
