Tried to logon to OptumRx and the "circle" keeps spinning round and round on my imac and iphone. Even downloaded their app on iphone - same response. I finally called them and renewed on the phone.

I can get into the site, but can't do anything. So it's pretty much useless. Every time I try to click on anything I get an error. I went to the site because I don't have TIME TO SIT ON THE PHONE. And all these companies do is put you on hold and tell you how easy it is to just go to their website. Yeah, except the website doesn't work.
