I am needing my SFTP account renabled. I have waited on hold for currently 1 hour and 45 minutes. 55 minutes previously today. Yesterday, I requested a call back rather than waiting but didn't receive the call back.

It works from home, not at the office. If I use my mobile hotspot, as the connection-not our regular Verizon wifi, at the office...it works.

OA is not reporting eligibility status on appointment screen correctly. I see numbers instead of INVALID or ELIGIBLE status. Also, having to scroll all the way down and slide the page over to access check in button.

Office Ally is temporarily unavailable while we make important changes to our site.

Not again! The website keeps spinning at the OA logo. When are they going to fix this problem? The website has not been working properly this past month of July and into the new month of August!

Office ally went from running slowly today to then logging me out and just buffering on the log in screen and not letting me get past there. I'm on the East Coast

When I attempt to login in I get stuck at the Auth0 OA Bridge. The page shows it is trying to connect. I tried the CTRL F5 to refresh the page but it is just stuck there. This has been happening all day.

Office Ally is down for most of the people in my office. Is it down from backend?

As of 7-12-23 at 11:30AM PST Office Ally website is super slow. Cannot do much on the site right now.

Accounting page loading slowly all morning (other pages working fine) then account page stopped loading at all and gives Error Message. Tried Chrome and Edge, same thing. Tech Support not available to chat.

2:55pm East Coast. AGAIN, this site states Office Ally is up, BUT IT IS NOT UP. NOW... when trying to open OA, it states the domain does not exist. Wow. just WOW.

Someone in the office got a hold of OA, said to check every 15 min to see if OA is up... otherwise no other updates. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

Does anyone have any updates or messages/emails from office ally? This is ridiculous that there has been no communication?

After their stupid update to something that was working fine, all came crashing down in a death spiral. on top they don't even let users test the updates, OA SUCKS..

Since yesterday 10 pm 6/21/23, I have been unable to get on to Office Ally. The login page does not even come up. Thought it would be fixed by this morning. But no. No announcement. What a low-rent operation. I guess that they are focusing on their main business...excursions to the ocean floor to see the Titanic. These people do not care. They make only few improvements. They are behind other programs. No communication or updates to their status.

The website is down and will not load. I have repeatedly attempted to log in. I am glad that I print out the schedule. No one is answering the phone. No one is calling back and I left a message at 7:15 a.m. today, 6/22/23.

It's a loss that we can't open OA for crucial tasks. How would OA compensate that to their subscribers?
