Can't log in. It just goes back to log in screen or it says "NextGen Patient Portal is running in a different browser session. Click here to close the current active session and return to the home page or 1. Complete the current NextGen Patient Portal session and then click on the Sign Out link 2. Close all open browsers and try again" I have closed out my browser, restarted computer etc. I need to send my doctor a message but I guess I will have to call them tomorrow.
