I tried making a payment on myloancare for lakeview and the website said I could not make a payment at this time. I tried several times. I then called the 800 number to make the payment via automated services... which did work. Today I got an email notification that all 4 of my payments have been accepted... including the 3 online I was told could not be processed. I've tried calling every customer service number phone number I can find..... spending 7-10 minutes pushing buttons only to get a recording telling me that their agents are unable to assist me at this time, please push 1 to go to the main menu, or hang up". Then is disconnected me.
Tried logging in to make a pymt last day of the month so naturally loancare's platform is not working. i get an internal server error on my ios cellphone (slo-eauthz-2). on my pc w/ windows cant the website just spins wont even take you to log in field. i tried google, edge, the app on my cell phone and all browsers on my pc. Guess i cant make a pymt the last day of the month so that my mortgage is paid on time by the 1st. worse servicer ever, any time a gov contract is picked up by a 3rd party = nightmare and exploitation.
I enter my login information and am taken to a blank page. I have received no email or other notification as to how to why I cannot pay my mortgage. Calling does not work. We were switched to electronic statements, so I don't even know my account number to be able to pay by check!
I tried to log in a couple days ago and it wouldn't go through, no biggie, plenty of time left.. Today I tried to log in and same crap. I called customer service and message said there was a breach or something. The agent told me that the website is expected to be back up in about a week! I told the agent if any information was sent by email to clients, and she said no.
