myloancare.com Up/Down Status

I tried making a payment on myloancare for lakeview and the website said I could not make a payment at this time. I tried several times. I then called the 800 number to make the payment via automated services... which did work. Today I got an email notification that all 4 of my payments have been accepted... including the 3 online I was told could not be processed. I've tried calling every customer service number phone number I can find..... spending 7-10 minutes pushing buttons only to get a recording telling me that their agents are unable to assist me at this time, please push 1 to go to the main menu, or hang up". Then is disconnected me.

Site is still down despite the email from Loancare saying it was up and running.

Tried logging in to make a pymt last day of the month so naturally loancare's platform is not working. i get an internal server error on my ios cellphone (slo-eauthz-2). on my pc w/ windows cant the website just spins wont even take you to log in field. i tried google, edge, the app on my cell phone and all browsers on my pc. Guess i cant make a pymt the last day of the month so that my mortgage is paid on time by the 1st. worse servicer ever, any time a gov contract is picked up by a 3rd party = nightmare and exploitation.

Site is still down because of the Cybersecurity issue, but hopefully they will have the site up soon so clients can see loan information and make payments.

I've tried numerous times over the last 10 days to log in to the myloancare.com site with nothing but 404 errors, sign in errors and site is "under maintenance" messages. I can't even find a Customer Service number.

I am still unable to log in to my Loancare via the app or the website.......

Loan Care site now saying 403 Forbidden. Still not up to pay or look at loan information.

Able to click login, routed to blank page. Cleared cache and cookies. Same response.

Loancare has been down now since last wednesday that I know of because that is when I tried first logging in to pay. All I have to say is we better not be charged late fees for their errors.

I enter my login information and am taken to a blank page. I have received no email or other notification as to how to why I cannot pay my mortgage. Calling does not work. We were switched to electronic statements, so I don't even know my account number to be able to pay by check!

Have not been able to pull up myloancare site for last 3 days. Have gone thru all of the troubleshooting tips to no avail. All other sites are opening fine. I need to be able to access my info. Please advise (soon)!

Cannot get MyLoanCare to open. Trying to open my mortgage info and the site times out with no response. Received no notice that the site would be down either. Can you say ‘waived late payment’?

I tried to log in a couple days ago and it wouldn't go through, no biggie, plenty of time left.. Today I tried to log in and same crap. I called customer service and message said there was a breach or something. The agent told me that the website is expected to be back up in about a week! I told the agent if any information was sent by email to clients, and she said no.

Also cannot access sight to make my mortgage payment. Cannot connect to server message is all I get.

It Is not working Nov 23rd and can't submit my mortgage payment.

Https://www.myloancare.com/ has been down for two day, 11/22/23 and 11/23/23. I am trying to pay my mortgage.

Site down for hours. No notifications to the users.

Can't log in, seems to loop back to log in and sms code.

Once I log in to Loancare to make a payment it takes me to a white out screen where I should be able to see my dashboard. I cannot access my information, just a blank browser screen.

Once I log in to Loancare, when I try to either look for docs or make a payment it takes me to a white out screen. Then you can't move out of it either. Been doing that for the last 2 days.

No one answers , takes hours to get in contact with someone, the website is always down , worthless company

It doesn't let me sign in. I try to change password because it says "something went wrong" and it supposed to send me directions to unlock my account and i never got that email
