App.kareo.com is down for clinical data services, yet again. No prescriptions or notes can be added at this time. We have tried different computers, and users to no avail. A physician's office requires a reliable EHR service. Kareo must do better, this has been on going off and on for years now.
App.kareo.com is partly down (database issue?). You can log into the site, but none of the clinical data is available. Trying to access clinical data gives a 502 Bad Gateway error. This is the second time in about 2 weeks that this happened. Last time this happened, the clinical data access was up and down for about 4 hours. Currently no clinical data is accessible. Checked on two different laptops with two different users.
