Looks like the they are toast. schedules still working but no connection to servers and cannot connect to hub.

It appears that Insteon has pulled the plug. smart home who owns insteon has chosen to start a new platform called Nokia Smart Lighting. What a crappy way to do business, to shut it down without a warning. I have a lot of money tied up in Insteon products I can only hope that they will work with the new product

Connect.insteon.com is down. Alexa control of insteon devices no longer works using the insteon skill. I tried to re-enable the skill, but it complains that the server is down.

Hub has been down. Red light. Won't communicate with servers. Ran diagnostic test. All passed except communications with the servers.

Insteon Hub 2245-222 blinks green, then red. Cannot connect via app. Internet connection verified working.

Hub red LED on ~5pm EST 4/14/22, hub failed self test 5. Unable to reach Community Forum site and Android App will not login. Devices' internal mesh network is fine - issue is server or internet to server. Glad to know it is not me!

Hub is down and all Insteon numbers busy, are they out of business?

Hub is down, all devices dead. App at first opened fully but was unresponsive but now won't open at all - refuses password. And password reset inoperable.

Did Insteon go out of business? Is it being replace with Nokia Smart Lighting?

Hub Connectivity Failure with Insteon Web Services. Power Cycled all LAN Devices and forced Reset on Insteon Hub with no success. Logged out of Account in Insteon Mobile App, but unable to Sign-In again. Attempted to use Recover Account Password link but received pop-up “An error occurred while resetting your password” Found Insteon Account Password Reset Web Link to access in Web Browser (https://connect.insteon.com/Account/FResetPassword.aspx) but received HTTP 503 Error when trying to access link. Total down time 7 hours.

Same problem - Hub was showing red light for most of yesterday. Tried the reset button. No joy. WTF?

Very irritating that the official insteon site says servers are running fine, but obviously not.

Insteon service is down. The red light on the hub has been on constantly since late afternoon and it's not just my hub.
