I am really fed up with this Hscap server.I think cbse official website is much better than this website.Why our government is behaving like this.The Server is down for hours still our government didnt took any measures.Are they kidding us.Please Bring the server up as soon as possible.
Extremely dissapointed in the kerala education department. One of the worst sites. The serve gets overloaded just with a few users. The government knows that the server gets down, but does nothing about it. They just tell to wait and try again later. The worst thing is that this site is extremely important for students who what to apply for higher secondary. Today the trial allotment results were published and the site has been down for hours!
Im trying to apply for Kerala Higher secondary seats for my cousin. it shows OTP has been send but not received and asked to wait for 12 hrs for next attempt while opt resend otp. when I checked today same has been happened and asked to wait for 24 hrs. really a crap system, playing with innocent candidates.. 9544877284
