I am writing to express my concern about the outage of The Global TV channel in Montreal since July 5 2pm. According to my service provider Videotron, this is a problem on Global's end. I and many of my friends rely on The Global TV channel for local and national news, and we are disappointed by this disruption. Could you please provide an update on when this issue will be resolved? Three days seems to be an unreasonable delay.
