Whenever I try to load a video, either from Youtube or elsewhere, an error message appears saying "We weren't able to load this video!. We are experiencing an unusual error. Please try again later". It has been doing this for several days.

I've been trying to make GIFS for my work's sign and I keep getting an error saying "We weren't able to load this video! We are experiencing an unusual error. Please try again." This has been the error message I've been getting since Friday afternoon. Not sure what is going on, but would like some insight on how this is going to get fixed up.
