No data connection for the last 5 days in zip code 10003. Different expiation S on different days, was even told to buy the more expensive service after being told systems are being updated or the satellite is out of service. My phone is useless all over NYC.
Over the last two days, the modem cannot find a connection for the Burst hub wireless 4g service. It was out for many hours yesterday and went out in the late afternoon and is still not back this outage is in the Marietta GA location. The frustrating part is that there is no support number to call during non-business hours.
