I'm a favstar pro member and I've been having problems with favstar lately. When I receive the Tweet Of The Day award I don't get a notification per email or otherwise (this happened twice this week so far). I would like to know when this problem will be resolved. Thank you for taking the time to read my complaint.

My titter account is fine. My favstar says "this user can no longer be found" even though in the top right hand corner my username appears but I can't see any of my tweets etc.
