This is inexcusable that a phone system has its own technical support on their own lines. How are we supposed to reach anyone to say there is a problem?!

The problem isn't just in Canada. It is down in the USA and their customer service system isn't responding either.

All aspects of evoice are down ... all phone numbers, not even their technical support or customer support number is working, website is down, app is down, no voice mail, no texting capabilities, all of it is down. No way to report outage either.

Our office number is not receiving any calls using our evoice number. But we can reach our office by calling the direct number. Also, we cannot reach evoice customer service as it seems like THEIR phone are down right now.
