From USA I have a script monitoring my dynamic IP address through changeip.com. It runs every 4 hours. My router updates directly to changeip.com if there is a change. The script reported to me at 12:00 pm California time on Sunday 12/11/16 that it could no longer resolve the associated host name. So, changeip.com went offline sometime between 8:00am - 12:00 pm and it seems to have been offline since that time.
