I've been trying to buy an egift card on Sephora.com through Cashstar (https://sephora.cashstar.com/store/payment?locale=en-us) and I keep getting an error that my card is declined. I've used several cards to make the single purchase, but the site notes "Card declined" no matter what card I use. I've tried using different browsers, and different machines (PC, Phone, Ipad) to no avail. I even called my cardholder, and they report no request has come through to them, so they didn't decline my purchase. Sephora notes they are not seeing the issue.
