Have not been able to get this site up for days. I get the following error: Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://care.com/" on this server. Reference #18.4bf2617.1693878767.562df1f2 I don't think it's my browser blocking anything because it only happens with this site. I'm pretty sure I'm still paying for a subscription (will check on this), but can't even login or find phone number or any information online.
I paid for premium membership over the week end as I needed a pet sitter on short notice. Care.com site was not working for me. It lost my job request. I could see messages from applicants for the job, but I was unable to respond to them or accept anyone for the job. when I clicked to do so it would say I had no open jobs. the only support available was via chat. they were obviously non technical and unable to resolve the issue.
I just got care premium so I already paid money for it. But I am stuck at the screening section. After I write my SSN and all information are correct, it says "Unexpected error occurred, please try again after some time." Honestly, if I didn't pay for this already I wouldn't care. But since I have, it's really starting to frustrate me and I'm worried if I don't get in, it will keep making me pay for the subscription. This will just be a waste of my money if I don't get in.
