I run an online education institution. For 13 years we have had no major issues with Brinkster. However, we have not been able to access the server for the last 4 days!! and this is having a tremendous impact in our operation (250 students loosing days of course). The support from Brinkster has been very poor, we have not even been able to get them to reset the server. Is anybody having a similar issue?
