I keep getting network error and the software plugin GRFX crashes and locks up photoshop. Their site appears down as well.

Aucun moyen de se rendre sur le site d'autofx.com. Lors du lancement de l'application GRFX AI, la vérification de licence est lancée automatiquement par le logiciel. Pas de site, pas d'accès au logiciel légalement acquis, et aucun moyen d'apporter un correctif. Logiciel inutilisable.

I have GRFX Studio, and recently I updated some software and uninstalled other versions from years ago (1 was connected to GRFX studio from autofx.com) so I figured go to the site and just re-connect (network error in the software and "problem loading software on their website), I reset the modem, I had added a 3060 grafix card (the software might think it is a new system, but same motherboard, but this should not stop me from connecting to their site)

Website down, network error. Okay, so I'm using the free Corel version, but it's still annoying. Why does it need a connection after you're already registered the software?

Fed up with the lack of support!!! None of my purchased products are working now...network error on all products on all my machines!! They simply don' care... can I have all the money I have spent refunded??? The website has not been accessible for quite a while
