This is becoming somewhat frustrating paying for a service that has gone down twice in the past week. In responding to a support ticket from last week's outage, I suggested that they at least let customers know via a note on their website (provided they can log in). If this continues, then it's about time to look for another more reliable program.
Software has dropped to trial version and unable to enter serial number. Unable to log into my account on acronis.com. Uninstalled and reinstalled and unable to communicate with Acronis so now I have NOTHING. Unable to register software and it's not my internet - I have evrything else.
