I feel a bit more optimistic now that the current error message has acknowledged they have gone past the expected maintenance window...hopefully we just wait a while longer for the site to be restored

Why the website is not working

Sent them an email last night and have received no response.....very poor customer service....if they even exist anymore. Email address I have is [email protected]

They have given no new update for far too long which is beyond a red flag to me! If the word is that they got hacked which seems more likely than anything else then my clock on them runs out in about 48 hours and we know they are not liquid enough to remedy this. If an update was being done well then do a patch and go back to the old version but again, something is weird for no updates!? If they are looking for the lifetime award for customer DIS service well then...

Does Antigua have any kind of commission or regulators for all their gambling sites? How will we ever get our money back!

Sportsbook.ag is down. They no longer use a phone number, so email is the only way of reaching them, however I emailed from 3 different emails and have not received any response. Hopefully they are working on the issue, as it has been down for me for at least the last 3 hours.
