Browser is reporting site is not secure. Cannot connect. Also cannot ping from a uSW7 command window. Have used site for years without problems.

SOLVED at least for me. I have Norton VPN on my computer. As long as it is ON I can't connect to Rock Auto. Turn it off no problem. Also I have run into several other sites that did the same thing.

INET_E_RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND when connecting to rockauto.com from my home internet. I can connect no problem from my cell phone. When using my cell phone as a hotspot, I can connect from my laptop. What's up with this rock auto???

Doesn't let me log in, i do have an account and i enter my email which is [email protected] to refresh my password b/c i forgot it and it doesn't match an account.
