All the food that I wrote today was erased on my application and on the computer.

I am not able to download the NuMi app on my iPhone 12. It just gives me a green screen.

I get error message when trying to log in my weight in both the mobile Numi app and Numi app on PC too, since 12/25. i try every day. My all-time start weight now shows with 12 decimal points, when viewed on PC. Get error message to check status.numi.com, but don't see any resolution. I tried editing the all-time start weight to get rid of the 12 decimals, but get same error message. I've cleared cache.

All data in my journal disappeared. How do I get it back

I'm getting an SSL error on my NUMI APP. Cannot log in any of my food today.

Getting an SSL error message and going to Numi.com brings up a completely different website. Looks like Nutrisystem didn't pay their domain bill.

For approximately 3 hours, I've repeatedly received a "Try again later" message when attempting to use Numi today.

Getting message”oops ,Something went wrong try again. Check status.numi.com. I have deleted NUMI and started several times but getting the same????

When I go to NuMi it just starts scrolling very quickly through page after page and I can’t stop it

I have not been able to log new food into my NuMi app 3:30p Eastern time. It gives me a message Oops something went wrong. Same thing happens if I select the question mark at the top left of the NuMi page. Suggestions??

I am unable to log my snack and dinner items today. A message pops up that an error occurred. It did accept my activities as well as water.

The Numi App will come up on my computer, and my iPhone , but cannot log or create foods.

Tried to log food and icon just keep circling. Been going on since 9am this morning

There are 100s of NuMi users that are experiencing error messages tonight and cannot use their app.

I can't access my journal on either my desktop or my phone app. Both just show the spinning circle.

Sit will not load

I am getting the message that says... Sorry we couldn't retrieve your information at this time. Please ensure you have a strong data connection and try again. My data connection is just fine and I am getting the message on both my iPhone and my iPad. I have had this message all morning but only to log into my journal. I can still get my progress, profile and the leaf. I have not been able to log any of my food all day.

Starting this morning get this message:\ SORRY! We couldn't retrieve all your information at this time. Please ensure you have a strong data connection and try again. I have a strong data connection as all of my other apps work fine and I can access the internet

App says it can't retrieve my information. It is like that on iPhone and iPad both. Is anyone having issues?

I am unable to get into my.numi.com either from my computer or my phone app. I've clear cache and rebooted. Keep getting the message "Oops, looks like our server had a slip up. Try again later." Which of course, I have been trying all day. Last time your system was down, it was 3 days before I could get in again.

NuMi app is not loading. Tried on phone and iPad and both are presenting errors.

I can not get journal to open to log food.

For several days now when I try to open Numi on my PC or iphone6 all I get is "Oops, looks like our servers had a Slip Up. Please try again in a few minutes." What is wrong with the site?

When I try to turn on flex meal it says Oops looks like our servers had a slip up, Please try again later, It has been like this two days, I can log meals and water and activities but not change to flex.
