Constant unexpected error or unable to communicate with woodforest online banking system.

It says “unexpected exception has occurred during authentication.” And I can’t enter my password or anything

This is what have been getting on the app and website. i also got a similar message when i tried to call them. There was an unknown exception during the authentication process, please contact Customer Service at 1-877-968-7962. Is there any information? is woodforest getting shutdown like all the other banks?

I get an unexpected error message

Cant check my account. Says call customer service Well we know they are not in at 12:23 am est.

It says to call the number it shows, when I do it's close until Monday from 9am to 5am that doesn't help me to check my account.

It is saying, "not authorized to access" and "An unknown exception occurred during the authentication process." I can't login at all. The app isn't working and the web browser is giving a variation of error messages.

I'm being told my hold that was unfriendly is in THE CLOUDS.I was TOLD MONDAY 24 hours, today could be 72 hours. THESE TELLERS ARE TELLING WRONG. NEED HIRE MORE PPL.I PERSONALLY had to tell cashier to LOOK INTO HOLD/FREEZE.

"An unknown exception occurred during the authentication process." - It takes forever to load when I attempt to log in. I'm not sure if it's just my account or the servers themselves but the rest of the website works fine.

Whole site is down, can't access anything at all

I tried to make a transfer but the bank system is down now and my money is in "limbo" apparently. Can't access online banking at all

I sent a direct deposit to my account and it is not there. I now can not even log in to my account. This is Mt primary account and now have no access to my money. If this is going to be a problem, I will gladly remove my money from your bank and go with another bank. I don't need this today. I had things due today that I can not pay because your bank is down!

I have been locked out of my online account for no apparent reason. When I tried calling them for several hours, no one answered the phone. I have also tried other numbers as well. All of a sudden when I call the numbers it states the numbers aren’t valid. I have sent several emails as well. No one is responding to any of my requests. Please assist me with what is going on with Woodforest bank…

Always had difficulties with woodforest bank online. Thinking about closing my account and find another bank other than woodforest.

You can log in but it takes a while and you cant view your accounts, browser or mobile.

Website and mobile are both down. Cannot check my account.

I cannot get ahold of Woodforest by phone. On any of the numbers. What is going on?

I cannot log in to my Woodforest account so far today 3/1/22. I've reset my modem, etc and my internet is working fine...but i still can"t get into my account.

Plash Page up but, Login is down only flashes when you try to login
