Login fails repeatedly: "TreasuryDirect is unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask that you try again later."

I cannot get on the web site. It will not load. I have never had this problem before. I have tried the Chrome browser and safari neither will load the website. I was able once to get as far as a secondary code but when I entered it it would not load.

When you try to buy a security and hit "submit" the little wheel just around and around and around. This is very very annoying.

Can not complete a purchase of I Bonds because after reviewing the transaction, I end up at a page that says "This page not working right now" Idiots are running this thing.

Down! Worst website availability... this is 2021 and the contractor can't even maintain uptime... when is the last time you tried accessing a website and access was sketch all week?

It is almost impossible to correct an application to open an account. Requires written request notarized by a bank. Who has time to do that?

Seriously the treasure direct cannot manage their servers correct. Or they do not have alot of servers. 2. Did you do raid 5 on the servers? 3. What about the number of allowed connections? Who is manager the servers?

Been trying for days. Finally able to set up an account yesterday, but then the site goes down and getting back on is sporadic, only to have it go down again. VERY FRUSTRATING!!! At this point I'm skeptical I will meet the deadline tonight.

You want us to buy Treasury Bonds but we can't because your website and server are vastly under-powered and keep failing half-way through the application process. We've been trying day after day and spent many hours on this. And where does all that personal information go, by the way? Given the volume of applications for I Bonds starting last year, this should have been anticipated and taken care of. At this point, the deadline needs to be extended. It's not American citizens who goofed up, it's the Treasury that needs to be accountable and make amends. Thank you.

Won't allow me to get the emailed one-time pass code. No emails sent with the code.

Lost connection fwice

The site allows me to log in and even verify my info. After that it says,"unavailable, we apologize for the inconvenience, please try again later". This has been happening for at least a day! What gives? This kind of site should not be allowed to be down for that long.

SSL certs expired as of Sept 3 2022

Account backend server are not responding to login requests. Getting timeout. The frontend web site is up. Not much help if I need to login and buy or sell a security!
