Parts of Sunbiz are either not working or going down and coming back for a little bit, then down again. Examples are: Under Main Name search you will get: HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable. Then it will work again but Searching Fictitious Name will do the same. I am using 3 different browsers and all of them are doing the same thing. This isn't a customerβs/consumers issue as in the recommendations of clearing browsers and such, this issue is with SunBiz. I have worked long enough in Tech Support to know this and to consistently tell consumers to clear browsers and restart, or that your systems are bogged down by so many people being on there is ridiculous and band aiding an issue on your side. I have been on SB at all hours of the day and night including the middle of the night (1AM to 5AM) to still have the same issues and same excuses you have people try. You close down for maintenance many times a year, specifically holidays, and I can say that you have no "on call" tech support or service during these times, and if you did, why is there so much maintenance when there hasn't been any fix to the same problems over and over monthly. Anyone from a large corporation or even the military have as much, if not more traffic than SB does, and they are not down or going through maintenance as much as you claim for your site.

Unable to open and review past document images. I have cleard my history, changed the browser I use, cleaned out my computer and restarted it; all with the same results. This platform is constantly being upgraded or repaired that it is difficult to maintain any good working status more than a week or two if lucky.
Here we go again with SunBiz not working properly. No matter how many times it is down for maintenance, it still has the same problems. Now it won't open Annual Reorts and still takes a long time to work within Fictitious. Many of us work weekends with this site, so taking it down, or having issues with it until Monday when someone finally shows up to put a band-aid on it yet again is non-condusive to working for the State. It is an atiquated program that is in dire need of replacing, especially if it is down this much!

Since this afternoon, I and my coworkers have not been able to get to the fictitious name section or the document images. You will get nothing but the spinning wheel of death. I have restarted my computer, disconnected and reconnected many times, and I have even changed my connection to my alternate Extension connection.
