sisna.com Up/Down Status

Unable to open mail. Access ok, displays email, but will not open. Past 3 days

Cannot open my email account. Before that could not send files with email. Now it's completely down. [email protected]

Can't get on. get error 504. please advise

When I send an email message using sisna, there is all kinds of garblygook in between my words, making some message be several pages long for a single paragraph.

I cant access emails

Unable to get email at bigsky.net

Have attempted to log in to my sisna.com account. Talked with tech support this morning. He said Zimbra the tech provider for email is down. Left 2 messages with Zimbra with not response. My email has been down for two days.

Intermittent service

No one answers the phone at tech support. Won't send. Times out. Four days with no help.

Cannot send outgoing mail.

Sisna is down again! They are really awful! Time to dump them!

I am now able to send "test" emails from my sisna account, but not predictably receive. A couple of random emails received but no test emails from me that were sent from my work account. Darn.

Why can't you let your customers chow what is going on!!! no emails all day and lat night. WHEN WILL THIS BE BACK ON LINE??? Sisna is really bad

Am not getting any of my email on login page or into outlook. No one is home at the ranch?

When I call the sales number for sisna instead of the support number a message comes on that "The technical support is currently closed" Customer support line simply puts you on hold indefinitely.

I have not received any emails since yesterday. message I receive is that: The mail server "mail.sisna.com" is not responding. When will server be working again? I sent a test email to my account from a gmail account. It does not notify sender that the email is undeliverable. Senders are not notified that the email server is down. Nobody is answering phones.

Access to email quit abruptly last night. Still down. No customer service access. Not able to find any info on status, with the exception of this site.

What is going on??????????? the site is down, no one answers the phone in service I have been on hold for over 2 hours. Can't they at least let us know something or are they shutdown for good?

System has been down all morning and customer service is not picking up any calls! What is going on? Are they out of business? If not when is the eta on them being back on line???
