My TV says cannot play stream and when I go to pureflix on my computer the site is down and I can't log in

Video keeps buffering. One video just blacked out and won't continue playing. Picture qualify is horrible. I tried all the steps to improve the quality and no change.

I am trying to watch a movie and it just keeps buffering.

Pureflix app said I needed to update, I pressed update, update complete, Now it won't play any movies. Trailers will play but not the movie itself????

It says the site can't be reached.

Says the page can't be reached, but all other sites work.

Server can not be found

I am not able to access anything on my pureflix. Says error occurred. Video not available.

Just signed up. Movies load but won’t play

I have had pureflix for about 3 years and pay auto withdrawal every month. Lately,I cannot access it on Roku. It keeps pushing a free trial screen, and when I try to sign in it says it is not valid. The trial is more than I usually pay.

I log in to my account, choose a movie to watch, click play and the screen is black. No movie plays. I've tried it on my two laptops with the same result. However, I'm able to play a movie from Pureflix in Safari browser from my iPhone. :(

I can navigate to PureFlix but the login screen fails to load. This was attempted on the app and PureFlix.com over two different internet connections.

Pureflix is constantly buffering. I have tried rebooting the roku player and the router repeatedly. I have tried using several devices and different internet sources. There is no issue with other streaming apps.The problem is definitely on their end.

Black screen, movies will not start / stream. Nothing on their site helps.

When I go into Pureflix, I am able to watch trailers of series and movies but when I select to play the movie or an episode, they will not play. Any idea why this is happening and how can I fix it?

No content will load. Is server down?

Website opens but when attempting to watch trailer or movie, just see a black screen - no error message appears.

On tv screen it shows “stream not found” unfortunately this stream could not be started.

Site not responding on Fire Stick. Had it on 15 minutes ago. Now dead.

All movies say they cannot restart this movie. I have uninstalled 2 times with no luck.

Pureflix starts and it works though maybe a minute of the film and then logs itself out.

I cannot play movies on my LG smart TV. Every time I try to click on a title it says Error or it just shows a continuous circle. I logged out, changed my password, shut my TV off and turned back on. Nothing works. Please let me know what to do.

Keep stopping movies and reads, stream not found unfortunately this stream can not be started. This happens continues on all movies selected

I'm logged in, my account is current but it is only allowing me to watch trailers. did not have this problem until today. I watch it every evening

Very choppy reception on my older desktop computer but smooth on my laptop which has a slower processor speed. Could it be video card related?
