Keep getting could not connect to server

I play this game a lot and have previously filled out the problem form. The game has been crashing non stop the past few days. The game is always down and I'm a little sick of it. I love this game but this is very annoying and its making me not want to play the game anymore.

I go into the game, and allow access to adobe flash for the game to run. The game continued to load and said that the server lost connection.

The connection is not being established and it tells me to try a few minutes and check again but I have done that multiple times throughout the day and no change. I have cleared my cookies, restarted my device and just about everything else I could think of and it still won't work.

I have recently been banned and I have already emailed [email protected] with no reply I was banned falsely and want to return playing as soon as possible. This has been a great setback and I would like it resolved as soon as possible.
