It as took me 3 weeks to install the software on the target phone due to file could be harmful to your system and would not let me download, had to manually insert the file into the phone, I have been onto live chat lots of times as I am not getting any updates from the target phone even though I know its being used, tried everything the live chat as mentioned still no updates for 2 days, ππππππππ(πππππCπ) π π΄π’π± π²π’π΄ π±π°π’π²πππππ ππππππ π π΄π’π± π²π’π΄ π±π°π’π². . . Have not received updates from my daugter's phone since yesterday afternoon. Internet connection checked. Phone is not rooted. It says on my dashboard now to SMS text her 777, this did nothing. That was 50 minutes ago. I also tried calling *408121** from her phone as my dash says that will cause an update, but it only made an invalid call! I am new to this service, only started it 3 days ago. If her phone updated its os, could that have caused this? If so how do I fix it, and is there anything I can do to prevent this happening again? Was thinking of increasing subscription but not if this cannot be fixed, obviously!
My target device is showing wi-fi disabled. I've check my settings and nothing is disabled. because of this nothing is transmitted back to me from the device even the location has not updated since yesterday. SMS are not showing up when sent from me. When data package is on the for Target Device, Wi-fi stays on for a few seconds then shows as disabled again. Secret slfies, whatapp, viber, skype is not working. Phone will not even ring when I call the phone number from my skype. Nothings working even with data package from the TD outgoing. So user can not use these apps or functions. I had the device switched on and off several times and no change. I tried to reboot from my side and sent the SMS code 777 to force action. Nothing has worked. If the TD uses WeChat with the data package it works, if the TD trys to use viber, whatsapp or skype with data package it does not work. NEED YOUR HELP PLEASE!!! Tried to call your 24/7 800 number many times but no answer goes to voicemail. I have purchased the premium support package. WHERE's MY SUPPORT PLEASE??? Please have your best tech contact me please. I need to resolve this quickly. My acc# T3684628 my email is within that account profile. I'm currently in Brussels target device is in Singapore.
