Been trying to send money for 3 days now and it won't let me. I even called my bank and they said it showed I tried to send money but jailatm would not let it go through. This is crazy. How are inmates supposed to get money on their account. It will let me send messages but not money.
Will not allow to send money will not even let you select the commissary option but will let you send money that you then can't use and they won't refund. Do yourself a favor and avoid this scam of a service because the prisons and jail that works with them don't care either They don't care about the inmantes, whether or not you lost your money to jailatm and don't care if people go without because they don't even treat them or people calling in to talk with or help love ones like human beings. Horrible people that should not work in this industry super heartless and ruthless to take advantage of people already struggling you should be ashamed of yourself.

Cannot deposit money. Here is the sequence that will lead you to the problem page. When I am taken to the page that asks for the state, I choose Arizone. Then, the drop down menu that has the choices for the various institutions appears. Then problem is that it does not include Yuma County Detention facility. I had been using the site for some days, and this just started.
I've tried two different visa debit cards to put money on my inmates books and neither one is working. I've never had an issue using either one until tonight. called my bank my card is fine. tomorrow's the last day to add money for commissary and I can't add any.
It keeps saying that my payment was declined then later on states that i need to try later ive used the same card for the last 3 days and have plenty of money on it i even called my card and talked to them and my card is not blocked and it should be working so that makes the browser down for the jail atm i really need this fixed asap i need to put money into this account
Trying to deposit money in an inmate account, says my address in invalid. I've had the account for 2 years. Just got off the phone w cust serv. They said they are having issues due to some type of updating their system. His advice was to delete my account and open a new one using another email address.
I’m trying to add money to someone’s account located in West Virginia, and it keeps declining. I have tried it with several different cards transferred money to card and card and still won’t. Does anyone know why ? Also one of the cards is the kind I’ve used before on it.
Horrible website and Tech service. No point in emailing tech support, they do not reply, and weeks later nothing is fixed in their web. Processes MANY payments and types of payments. My money is good, but their website keeps indicating declined. No web blockers running to cause this. Weeks have gone by with no resolve or response from their tech service. Why try charge for a service if nobody is at work to perform a service. Counties that use this service are a great disservice to many... GET A NEW Company to support the needs. This one has been down and nonworking for way too long.

It's not multiple money today I've only tried to send $25 1 time so no more than that is supposed to be coming off of any card but it aint even allowed anything to be transacted
