HHL site accepts user logins, but the server that renders the Web pages stalls and fails to complete the user application process. This has been a sustained issue for several days now and has impacted several users. Their support personnel are requesting users clear cache, change browsers, delete hung applications and start over. Of course none of this has worked is the server is returning an error code 500: internal server issue. which has no ETA for a fix.
