gobank.com Up/Down Status

While I can access my account information on the app, I cannot do the same thing on my computer. The site has been claiming "technical difficulty" for over a day, and thus I have no paycheck in my account, a paycheck that I need to pay my bills.

There have been intermittent problems for the past two months where I could not access my account from the mobile app but I was still able to access it from my computer. I have not been able to access my account for almost two weeks even from my computer. Half of my check goes to this account while my wife and I have a joint account elsewhere. This is frustrating. I can receive notifications of how much is still in my account but I cannot track the spending of the account. I should have noticed trouble when I could not log in with my fingerprint on the mobile app.

Card only works with certain providers,it is denied consistently at MULTIPLE different places. I can't get into my email to contact you either and ai e got several thousand on this account

So apperently gobank is having problems with one of their payment processors as their systems crashed. out of all the days of the year, it happens on new years eve!! all we can do is wait. happy new year!!

Can’t move fund out of vault and now I can’t login. I call customer service can’t Talk to live rep and my info don’t match

Cannot login as a red banner across the top of the screen states that the site is having technical difficulties. Also, spent 45 minutes trying call and the system says it doesn't recognize my card and to call back later. Maddening.

I could login earlier today but couldnt transfer funds from my vault and now it wont even let me log in.. when i call customer service and enter my card info it says no match

System went down and customers never received any communication from gobank and NO ONE would answer the phone!

I was able to get all my money off and transferred it to my Apple Pay wallet card thank god !!!

The servers are clearly down and they need to send an email or something to everyone that there is an issue and will be up soon or somethin. Wish that I cpuld see my balance. Trying to buy something but my money is in my vault 😡😡
