I cannot access my account. it comes seems to have an address in the brower which ends in "ping" and sits there and nothing happens

Can't look at my transaction history. Blue balls keep bouncing.

After initial Login and verify using code sent to my mobile, I'm now stuck on blank screen with 3 bouncing blue dots web site shown is: https://id.flybuys.com.au/as/SbIHV/resume/as/authorization.ping. What gives, I'm trying to redeem my flybuy points for Xmas shopping and it looks like I'm not the only one having problems.

Hi there, I am able to login into my flybuys account and place my order to redeem for flybuys dollars however when I put in a password and click redeem at the end it just stays in thinking mode. Please help

Have the hackers hacked Flybuys now. Site wont open only getting 3 blue dots before now nothing just phone number to contact. Wait on the phone for hours

Further thought. (After reading others similar issues.) As you have to login to redeem $ from points..... maybe it is an intentional tactic, as to save them money. I would not put that past Flybys/Coles.

Flybuys site is still not functioning properly.Cant get past initial sign in, It is still hanging, only showing three recurring dots, and times out if you arrow back. Caution- Maybe unsafe to use. Concerned that the site/ landing page has been compromised / hacked to collect users credentials. I wouldn't really trust flybuys or coles's cyber security implementation.

I am often annoyed with flybuys website.. It regularly fails to load. Why can't we access our rewards without having to go online to convert? So annoying. fix it.

All checkouts still frozen. Website also freezes when trying to redeem flybuys points. Has been having this issue for the past few days now.

Checkout freezes whenever you try and trade in your points for rewards.

I get as far as the redeem button and then get the three endlessly bouncing dots as previously noted by other users.

Whenever I try to login I also get a grey screen with "submit query" in the upper left hand corner. Independent of the type of browser I use (tried several). Disengaging firewall etc had no effect. Puzzled!

Dashboard not coming up

I still have not received my flybuys card via PO Box. experience.flybuys.com.au is down, which therefore I cannot re-apply for hard card via Accounts.

I have been waiting for nearly two hours trying to sign in. This is my second time as I gave up earlier. Everything else is working ok including internet banking.

Yesterday I was unable to redeem, got three bouncing dots. Today unable to login. There is a message that website is under maintenance. Very annoying.
