I can not login to the portal or access the chat

Not loading. Not an issue with the internet or computer. "This site can’t be reached. Check if there is a typo in sell.aflac.com. DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN"

I am continuing to get an error message for this site. Either on desktop or App

I have tried to log in a few times now and this is the message I am getting.... MyAflac is currently offline due to a technical problem.

I am not able to see my claims, or previous filled claims.

It will not let me see claims page

Web sit says Page Expired.

Can't login on desktop or mobile. Login stuck on loading, then timesout.

Aflac app will not load and Aflac.com will also get stuck at login and not load. Tried both on different connections and it made no difference.

You can NEVER get to talk to a real human. AFLAC takes your money and never responds to you nor provide any correspondence to it's customers. Really crappy service!

Site wont load. Even when I try to log in on a computer verses my mobile app, it won't even TRY to log in. Put info in, and then the site flashes, but nothing pops up as "incorrect username/password" or anything. VERY annoying.

Error code 5000 today. Other problems the last 2 months. Very frustrating!

Aflac has spent almost 2 months "reviewing my claim". About every 5-7 days there is a new email on the claim portal asking for another form or bit of information they don't have. Instead of listing all things that need to be done in order for a proper review to be done. The latest information they are seeking is when I began working at my current employer which should not matter at all because I pay Aflac to insure me since September 2021. It is just a waiting game and you have to open up every attachment they send in their emails if you can gain access to the aflac claim center at all. There have been over a 1/2 dozen times this past two weeks that the website is under maintenance. I work in healthcare and understand how insurance companies work. Deny a claim with a trivial piece missing of a start of work date that has nothing to do with a start of payment of my chosen insurance plan.

Unable to load website after logging in.

Cannot log into Aflac. I get the circle of death, and then get an error message

Can't log into AFLAC. Seems to be in a loop. Tried other ways and still can't get in.

I receive error message invoke api request failed When I attempt log in

I can not login to Aflac. I have tried on the app and a web browser and mobile browser. I continue receiving an error after entering my username and password "Invoke API request failed. Please check logs. Error code: 5000"

Can't log on to Aflac as an agent. The it chat line doesn't work either.

AFAC's website has always been a monstrosity. They push the one day pay which can only be done online, it sure would be nice if they could keep the darn thing working. You can always make it to the main front page, but logins and policy checks are almost always a problem.

I cannot get on site to check for my claim
