Oh and for Microshit crapdows users your host file is here /Windows/System32/Drivers/etc/hosts open with notepad and add the line i mentioned below . Basically instead of Sending broadcast to Dns servers and asking for IP of 1337x.to It sees its in hostfile and that takes preferance.
