As soon as I log in - another screen appears with 'protect your account', risolve this puzzle. It takes you to another screen with a number and dice. It never ends. After three attempts, I had to reboot my PC. I can't log in at all. Vinted said they are investigating into the siutation.
I have been buying and selling on Vinted for 2 years without a problem. Now for the last two weeks I cannot buy. Mobile app comes up with “Something went wrong” box and “Unknown error” on computer. I can’t buy anything and have tried everything to solve it - uninstalling app and reinstalling, turning off ipad and on again, nothing works. Nothing wrong with my account and money in Vinted balance to pay. Waiting for Vinted to resolve but not getting anywhere. Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas how to resolve it?
Like MANY people these past month’s I got logged out of Vinted after opening the app on my iPhone at the same time … then … on returning to open Vinted app on my iPad it firstly takes you to ‘sign-up’ instead of ‘already got an account- login’ and equally on sign in direct with email and the same on the website… click to log in takes you to ‘signup’ … obviously extremely frustrating especially considering this has been happening for MONTH’S!!! But despite clicking on and sending info to the contact us link I have had no verification email acknowledging my request for help … I have purchases outstanding it’s extremely annoying to have no ability to call or web chat with a staff member of Vinted sk at least you have knowledge of something being done!!!
Same exact problem as Dan, so I'll just quote Dan in this case: "Error message "errors.unknown" displays at the bottom of the screen and doesn't go beyond payment screen. No transactions have been attempted from my bank/credit card. Also tried to purchase on mobile app rather than website and when clicking buy now it takes me to the message seller page instead, maybe thats a different issue though."
